Why is our beer so delicious?

It all begins with the right ingredients. Our team meticulously selects the highest quality barley, water, yeast, and of course hops to go into every single batch we make. Next we prepare our barley by drying it out and releasing the enzymes. With that done the grain gets boiled in water, this releases all the sugars.

The water and sugars are then drained off, together making the wort. Wort is basically unfermented beer. The wort is then boiled, which releases flavor. At this time we add our signature hops and spices. So at this stage we have warm, nonalcoholic sugar water. What we do next ferment the wort using yeast as a catalyst for this process. The yeast reacts with the sugars making alcohol. The fermentation process can take a few weeks, but once it's done the beer is ready to be prepared for consumption. This involves bottling, cooling, and in some cases aging in barrels.
